And I know some of those are very, they're very stinky.
You know, they're just, they're not great foods to prepare, but they're so iron dense and nutrient rich for your bubs.
There's lots of different ways you can prepare them and serve them.
But the best way is to just put it in a puree.
That's why it's so easy.
Yeah.
You've got chicken, pork, there's fish as well, which is also an allergen.
Sardines are also incredibly high in iron.
And they're a double whammy because they're super high in the omega-3s too.
So the perfect nutrients that your baby needs for their brain and their body growth.
Then you're talking about lentils, there's beans.
So there's also vegetarian options of iron-rich foods.
And we want to remember too that we make sure that we're getting...
a whole variety of different iron-rich foods.
It's not just about the red meats.
They're amazing.
They're one of the best sources, but it's about having a spread of different iron-rich foods.
And often when you start solids, the easiest way to do that is to put it, blend it into a puree, and then you can spread it onto a finger food.
So it's acting as a vehicle that you're essentially doing combo weaning, which is the best of both, I think.
