Yeah, I haven't done the weights of them.
And apparently like the ground is really, really hard.
It's like the ground creates a lot of friction.
So it feels like a lot more than the weight.
And so you should, you're supposed to go in and practice your technique.
And then the wall balls, well, I've done wall balls before.
You have to throw the ball to a certain height.
And I have no idea what that height is.
So I haven't practiced them.
And you need to do a hundred of them with a 15 pound weight.
And that's the last exercise after you run five miles.
Yes, but my goal is just to get through it and finish.
But I'm feeling three out of ten on it.

It's really hard.
The exercises are tough.
But I just want to try it.
I want to get it done.
