I've done the best I could because basically I signed up for three workout sessions that were like high rock specific workout sessions.
But I had to miss all of them because of I had to take care of bubs at those times.
Yeah.
But now we just got to hope I finish.
No, because the reason why I like this race a lot is it's something that I can hopefully do either once a year or twice a year.
And it's the same race.
race format every time and it just allows you to track how good of shape you're actually in because the exercises are, they're a great combination of both strength and cardio.
And so I just want to rip the bandaid off on the first one and see like, while I think I'm in solid shape,
There's a difference between being in solid shape and being in race shape.
Completely.
And so this will tell me how far away I am from being in like actual race shape.
And then I think I'll sign up for another one towards the end of the year or at the beginning of next year, but more likely towards the end of this year.
And hopefully I'll see if I can improve.
