We did more different engineering uprights, chassis, you know what I mean?
Today, I think it's much harder for young engineers to gain experience.
Race weekends, you can hardly make a change with the way park firm A's are and things like that.
So I think it's challenging to get that experience.
what is a big thing now like everyone's got the exact same exact same thing down pit lane everyone's got the same opportunity now there's you know it's just probably bringing that back a little bit yeah which was you know why it was always going to happen it's motor racing isn't it yeah you get as much money as you can and you spend every bit of it on what you think can make the car go faster well what can you do at the moment you know what i mean you buy the best engineer and the best driver well
that those things are gonna this that the pool is small and so they cost a lot you know what i mean unfortunately and it's not just even those guys it's now the workshop foreman the the number one mechanics you know what i mean um so reliability is so important so you need the best one of those so all those people are worth that they're worth their money because where else do you get the performance yeah
It was with Carl Reinler was my first year.
Look it up at home if you're interested.
It was a VE, the Fed Income Sheds one.
So I'm going to call that 2011 or 10 or something like that.
So, yeah, that was my first kind of, you know, that was our third car and just a similar model to what we have now, you know what I mean?
It was a young driver attached to the team and, yeah,
So that's a good way to kind of build a bit more experience solo without the pressure of going, okay, you got to win races, you know what I mean?
So even though everyone wants to win races, the reality is obviously there's a road to that.
