I walk 5k every day, but I know and I've just learned that's not enough.
You need to also be doing strength training.
And that's why I'm in the gym, which is not something I ever thought I'd say, but I am.
I'm in the gym twice a week and it's working.
Yeah, it takes longer.
It's a bit slower and things are slower to fix, but it's it's working.

As I mentioned earlier, I was diagnosed with diabetes in my mid-50s, which I thought when I, the only symptom I had was tiredness.
I was, I suddenly was just wrecked.
And I thought, this is menopause now again, do you know?
Because menopause caused me to give up drink for two and a half years, which was very traumatic because I didn't get hangovers anymore, I got migraines.
And then when I developed this, like, really noticed that summer of 2019, I was so tired.
And I thought, here's menopause again.
Now this is another present it has delivered to my door.
But when I Googled it, overweight, whatever I was then, 60 or ish, and not very fit and very tired, it wasn't menopause that came up, it was type 2 diabetes.
Yeah, and so I went down to my doctor and I said, me and Dr. Google think I've type 2 diabetes.
