And when you get on to Wackle Island, again, another location brilliantly served for anybody on their bikes or for tourists in general.

There's a stunning campsite on Keele Beach.

And then if you want to go on a little further to Keane Beach, you can relive some scenes from the Banshees of Inishare on that beautiful beach.

as well so but Brendan if you're really going really want to push the boat out there is one other option for the romantic weekend away and that's Ballina Hinch Castle in the heart of Connemara because right now Galway County Council are planning to develop a greenway connecting Galway City and Clifton but there are actually sections of that live right now and cyclable so in Ballina Hinch Castle again beautiful luxury stay in the heart of beautiful Connemara but there's actually a nine kilometre stretch of the greenway that

kind of begins and ends around Bell in a Hinch Castle.

So that would be a particularly spectacular romantic weekend away in the west of Ireland if you were contemplating popping the question.

Thankfully, Dublin is becoming exceptionally well served by greenways and cycleways.

You know, for example, there's the Dodder Greenway that has been recently developed.

You can go out along by the Dodder, then you can go through Kilchipper Park and onto Borough of Nibrina.

That's a lovely day out.

If you're living in the north of the city, you can hop on the canal greenway at Croke Park and maybe go out to Castlenock for a coffee and an ice cream and back in again.

You know, all along by the Dublin Bay,

we're seeing the development of a fantastic greenway there as well, starting in Sutton and finishing in Sandy Cove.

And ultimately, that would be complete, probably, hopefully, within the next four to five years.

That would be a phenomenal trip out along beautiful Dublin Bay.

Yeah, yeah.
