i know we uh we we have someone helping me with social media i've been too they it's awkward i haven't watched any of them yet no i have i have watched some of them i've seen them they're very engaging they're very nice okay we're really leaning in we're iterating the ideas get a lot of clips out there and then start making them super tight polished i think it's a good idea they're like each one's like a little like oh i'd like more of that and now i know how to poop thanks to watching in my instagram feed

Oh yeah, that woman was on the show the other day.

She's got a big following.

Her Instagram handle is TheVaginaWhisperer and she extols the benefits of a healthy pelvic floor.

And I saw a video of her just like, she's like this really articulate, like put together, like medical doctor type.

And she's talking about how you can put your thumb inside yourself if you're a woman and push out your poop.
