I still have a bunch that I use in my backyard.
So they're good, but that would โ I would have needed a few.
So a couple I've got an interesting add to this, but before I get to that, I agree with with Berkey and that sentiment, because it's not like, you know, they're not getting paid.
So it's a catch.
I understand both sides of the equation.
You know, you're not coaching anymore.
You want to prolong your career.
You want another opportunity.
I'm not working for you technically, so I should be able to explore those opportunities.
Conversely, you signed the contract.
The team's well within their rights, and they're still paying you.
So I get it from that perspective.
I've talked to a number of coaches, assistants, others over the last week that aren't a fan of it.
Some of them understand, some think it's a little BS, and some want to implement different options when these things happen.
There should be a buyout option, a lot have argued, that if you get fired or relieved, 80% of your salary can be paid out if you leave right away or 70 or whatever the agreed upon number is, if you want to explore opportunities right away.
