Yes, that's emotionally flexible.
Think of emotionally youthful as being emotionally flexible.
Not youthful in the sense like babies have so much emotional flexibility, they can be angry one minute, crying one minute, and joyful the next.
I mean, that is real heart rate variability flexibility.
But when we get more mature, we learn how to self-regulate.
We learn how to stay in balance.
So we have the flexibility of youth, but the balanced consideration and intelligence of maturity.
Oh, I love your asking that.
That's the hope for the world.
Every heartbeat puts out 2.5 watts of power.
And you can think of the heart as a radio transmitter and receiver.
We pick up each other's vibes.
We feel them.
Whether we like it or not, we're broadcasting our vibes.
right?
But you know, the pattern, the active frequency and pattern, your HRV pattern of coherence or incoherence, and we know the different incoherent patterns, what anxiety looks like, what depression looks like.
Every emotional state has a different incoherent pattern and you're broadcasting that.
So we have been able to pick up in the research lab
somebody's heart rate variability pattern in the brainwaves of somebody else standing three feet away and not touching.
So we are affecting each other all the time with our radio transmissions of our heart rate variability pattern, incoherent or coherent.
