That's the only thing that's ever happened to us in the past with them.
They seem to like the taste of the microphone.
And we actually went back to the manufacturers and said, the back people were all saying, this is a problem when you put them out.
There must be something nice in the taste of it.
So now actually they make them with internal microphones.
So there's nothing that an animal can lick.
So anyway, sorry, you were describing what they look like.
But anyway, yeah, just like a small green box and it would have Wildlife Surveys Ireland written on it, which is the name of our family business.
And then the other thing is kind of a, it's like a box you get a stethoscope in and when you open it, it's just a thing, I don't know, with a long scope thing.
So, yeah, so it gave us, yeah, it gave us a bit of a start, you know, a bit of a fright.

Actually, it's a wonderful place for the public to go and watch bats.
It's a really, it's a really fantastic place.
and it has bats and it's because it has such low levels of light pollution it has more of the more the rarer bats and so I like it like for the for the public it's a great place to go and for that job we work for lots of different people but for that job the council are really careful when they're doing any tree surgery or anything they're just really careful to
to work around the bats so that they don't damage anywhere that the bats are living.
Because it's really one of the best places in Dublin to see bats.
