I asked the people on the trading desk on Halftime Report today.
The existing buyback left on the previous authorization was $39 billion.
They took it to $80 last night.
I said, does anyone think that this is meaningful for the share price?
They were all like, no, it's not.
I understand it's a $5 trillion market cap and $80 billion
But still, it's another person sucking up stock when somebody else gets bored with it and wants to sell it.
What if I said, which one of these won't be on here in 24 months?
