The experience that you need versus kind of driving yourself?

Like, what's that all experience been like?

Yeah, yeah.

Well, and I'm sure as you're building this, it can't be much different than any other business that you've got to invest in people in order to grow, serve more,

be more.

And so you can't always be this 80 20 number.

I've heard that before with nonprofits.

It's like, well, you can't always be there.

You know, sometimes you might have to be 70% because you've had to level up some staffing in order to get yourself to the next level.

Cause then how would you be able to ever grow and serve, serve more?

Is that accurate?

And I've never been in the nonprofit space, but I'm sure that's got to be.

It's great advice for every single person out there.

Like if you own a business, you need to have mentors, coaches, board members, whatever, whether they're formally or informal and nothing better than like smart move on your side, lawyers and accountants.

Like you need those.

If you don't have those guys on your team, you're losing out on a whole bunch of experience.

And those are the guys that are going to be able to stop you from stepping on a landmine.

Let me ask you guys this and either both of you or one of you, whichever, whoever wants to answer this is how are you taking your mission and your purpose?

And then, and you know, it's inside you, you have this vision, you know what you want to serve, you know what you want to do.

And, and then I'm curious on what your experience has been and how you have kind of pushed that out into the world.
