At the time of recording, the BBC confirmed that none of the alleged victims had contacted police.
But since Panorama went to air, London's Metropolitan Police have actually independently put out a statement reaching out to any alleged victims saying basically they're encouraging anyone who believes they've been a victim of sexual assault after participating on Maths UK specifically to contact them.
So law enforcement are certainly aware of the allegations.
and waiting to see if anyone else will come forward, or indeed, if any of these three women will formally lodge any kind of criminal complaints.
But the production teams are also being approached by police to make sure anyone they've spoken to knows how to report an assault.
As of now, you know, we have no formal criminal reports, but there's definitely a close eye on whether or not that will change.
That must be a pretty big pool of people that have been through the math cycle now.
Oh, it would have to be hundreds and hundreds and globally thousands.
It makes me think of, did you ever watch Unreal, the TV show?
Yeah, they kind of spoofed the behind the scenes of The Bachelor and how intense the production can get on those sort of reality TV competition sets.
And I think it wasn't that far from the reality of how these things can be.
And the more time that passes, the more contestants, quote unquote, graduate from these shows, the more that we hear stories of, you know, what conditions are actually like on set and the expectation, especially when there's alcohol involved.
