Shiraz Republic's a nice little spot.

I like the wines from Sutton Gray and Jim Bendigo.

Remember, they make that amazing Rosé, the Fairbank, which has won Best Rosé in Australia three years in a row.
So their Shiraz is also very good.
I do like the Yarra Valley style probably a little bit more than Mornington.
