But with me, it was right, okay, everyone sit and wait.

You know, we're getting agitated about the ones not being there.
So next thing, one of them gets up and then within 10 minutes, everyone was down.
And that gave me the first point of the presentation was discipline.
And I said to her, I could say to them straight away, well, now I clearly understand why you blokes haven't qualified for a World Cup for 40 years.
This is how it is off the field.
How do we expect to qualify on the field with this lack of discipline?
And it gave me the greatest start that I probably wanted because it was something that I always thought when I coached against the Arabic teams that technically, as individuals, they're good players.
Physically, they're beasts.
They are big boys and they're physically strong.
Tactically, okay, you've got to play the players to their strengths and keep it simple.
But if there was one thing I always questioned about them was mentally, how they do things, and obviously with the discipline side of it.
So it was straightaway the cultural side of it was about being family orientated.
I'm like being your father.
You're like being my kids.
I'm here for you all the time to come and talk to you.
