This is where I get to keep sharing about it.

So the action and the energy behind the action is what determines the outcome.

So it can't work when it's a mismatch of frequency.

If you're posting from scarcity or wanting external validation or if you have a story that you're alone and no one gets you,

And then it's like, okay, well, then I'll keep posting so that I can start to feel connected with people.

And it's like coming from that energy of I'm alone or people misunderstand me or I can't be myself.

And then that's what's driving the result.

Rather than I'm really goddamn excited about this.

I've just had a realization and I'm sharing this and this is really potent for me.

You know, a lot of people stop themselves from sharing this because it's like, oh, I don't look very nice.

Or they'll overthink every single thing.

Or then they start selling from fear or selling from like this place of just please choose me.

And then it can't be received cleanly.

And what I wanted to speak about in this episode is that everyone is energy readers.

Not from a place that we need to be afraid from, but like from the place that this is amazing that we can...

We can really play into this so we can really trust and we can let go and we can be authentic selves, share the things that we want to share about, create the things that we want to create and know that the people that align when we are coming from that true self frequency will connect to that.

You know, and that's going to be sustainable and that's going to mean that you have really aligned clients.

And so the beginning, it needs to start with awareness of, and it could just take a few seconds of, what is the energy driving my behavior right now?

What is the energy driving my action?

What is the energy underneath this?
