So I have not done anything in the peptide space, but I know that there's a lot of conversation about it.

And I think in time, if it's something that I feel like I will add to that, but right now keeping track of everything that I'm keeping track of, I feel like I'm in a good place at the moment.
And testosterone has helped quite a bit for me.
And what does testosterone help you with specifically?
That's helped with low libido.
I think it's really also helped me with muscle mass, even though I wouldn't say it's like making me, you know, big, powerful, strong, but I do notice a difference in my tone.
So those are the two places that I focus on that.
You know, some people have said it's helped them with clarity and it's helped them with their mood.
But for me, those are my two areas.
It's a man's gel.
It's like a little pea-sized little bit of gel that I take and I put in the back of my leg.
It does not cause me to break out or anything.
It's pretty clean and super simple.
If you could recommend one food per day that could help women who are going through perimenopause, what would you recommend?
Oh gosh, one food per day.
Or like one, like something that you're like, okay, you need like fiber.
So is it raspberries?
Is it a handful of raspberries?
