I mean, I try to think about two things.
I don't eat meat.
So protein is really hard for me to get.
So for me, eggs are a big part of things because they're easy to do, whether they're hard boiled or just scrambled easy in the morning.
I think fiber is a huge one too.
And I hate, I don't want to give people a big to-do list.
So they're listening and they're like, oh my God, she gave me 20 things to do today.
But anything you can get fiber in is really important.
And if you can't get enough of it, quite frankly, in foods, which can be hard, I make a hot girl menopause smoothie in the morning and it has fiber.
It has protein and the fiber comes in the form of chia seeds and flax seeds.
It has some greens in it.
It has almond milk.
It has blueberries, banana for making a little bit smoother and ice.
I mix that up and that's kind of how I start my day.
So I don't have to have all those things throughout the day.
No, it's smart.
You know, sometimes I just... Making hard-boiled eggs is like the easiest thing for me.
And I just keep them in the fridge.
I'll leave them out on my counter.
And I'm just like, whenever I... Because I notice for me, if I don't eat something... I've tried not eating in the morning.
