And it turned out I had a kidney stone.

Uh, and so I pass it.
And luckily after I passed it, the first person I saw the doctor, I said, so how do I make sure I never have the skin?
Cause that was the most pain I've ever felt.
And he was like, he said something really important to my journey.
He said, well, what have you been eating and drinking?
Had he not said those simple words, I would not have connected that the food I eat affects my health.
And I was in my early 20s.
But how many people do you know that are in their 30s, 40s, 50s that still don't get that what you eat affects your health?
Yeah.
It seems so simple, but it's like, it's this.
People still don't connect that.
Well, I know like, I mean, I know you talk about this a lot, like peptides, right?
Yeah.
Like peptides are pretty amazing.
They're revolutionary.
They're potentially the future of health.
But everyone I talk to, and I have to imagine you're on the same, you're basically saying this too.
is it almost doesn't matter what new fangled biohack we have because there's still the necessity to hit the foundations, sleep, nutritious food, movement, stress level checks, right?
