Chalky was the manager and I couldn't believe our planning for the season, how much Chalky and Razor put into the environment, you know, planning around the environment and the team and the theming and that versus the footy.

Oh, okay.

Great for me to see because it had always been around the footy for me.

You know, I hadn't...

I really opened my eyes up around the people and how important it was to make sure.

The reality is you've got 30 Irishmen in your squad of Munster and just the diversity around the group in New Zealand is

taught me a lot around the people side of things versus not just the footy.

That's all I used to think about.

So that was cool for me to learn off that and see that and start to develop my own ideas around the best way around that.

You know, there were a good couple of years in there and I think we won one championship and then Tasman got us in the second year.

Yeah.

There wasn't as much time.

I suppose the boys, they're interesting.

They're great people, are they, Orish?

They have fun and everything is fun and you don't have to work too hard to get people to connect or everyone thinks the same.

Everybody's the same.

Apart from the old Kiwi or South Africans around them.

And everyone has a very similar mindset and similar cultures.
