So I saw him.

We had a day game the next day.

So we're sitting in the clubhouse, and I walked past him, and I asked him how he was feeling.

He said, I'm good.

And I said, listen, if we get you up today,

You're in the game.

He said, I appreciate that.

I said, no more, you know, the old dry humps, you know?

Yeah.

So anyway, and on that, so Dickey's starting that game, and they had some guys on that team that hit Dickey pretty good, you know, historically.

You know, we get out to a nice little lead, but you're always in the back of your mind.

One thing with a knuckleball, you know, he can be rolling along.

Next thing you know, man, it's like, wham, you know?

And then he could regain it, and the next couple of days, good.

But when they give it up, they usually give it up pretty big, and he kind of, you know, proven that.

So it gets to the point in the middle of the game, the crowd's out of it, you know, another elimination game, and the guys started to get a little something going, and then they, you know, the top of their order was coming up, the guys that had always hit Dickey.

So I said, you know, so I was analytics before analytics.

You go to David Price right after that.

So there you go.

I told him, and I told Pete Walker, who's still the pitch coach, I said, listen, get David going.
