Yeah.

Everybody said it was like a conspiracy.

You brought Price in because you didn't want to have to start him game five because he hadn't won a postseason start.

He had some success out of the bullpen, but he had not had a win as a starter.

So everybody said, you brought him in there so you wouldn't have to pitch him.

I said, no, we brought him in there because we needed a lefty, and he volunteered, and it was the right thing to do, I thought.

So that's how Stroman got that fifth start.

You know, if it hadn't, it was probably going to be Price and, you know, of course, everybody on board, right?

Oh, yeah, exactly.

But, yeah, it was funny that, you know, we had some stories later in the following year where we – but Josh and I, we always had that give and take, but, you know, he had to pin his ears back every now and then.

But then another thing, the following year, Rob, in 16, you know, we go down – you know, we got to win a couple games in Boston that final weekend to even get in.

So we had to win on the last game of the season.

We get in to play that one game wild card against Baltimore, right?

So the big conversation, since you brought up Stroman, was who were we going to pitch?

Was it Lariano or Stroman?

Lariano had always been tough on Baltimore.

They had all those left-handed hitters.

They probably had better numbers.

And so, you know, we're talking about it.

It's got to be Stroh because, you know, Stroh has always pitched big games for us.
