The Republicans are in charge.
Both houses of Congress, the executive, they pretty much have the Supreme Court eating out of their hand and they can't move legislation because they can't get their members in the same room without fighting.
They can't hold press conferences because every reporter's first question is, do you agree with the latest crazy thing that Donald Trump said?
The only trick they have is pulling the little Mike Johnson trick of, I haven't heard anything about that.
Oh, really?
You didn't hear that your bestie posted another insane thing about wiping out civilizations on Truth Social?
Didn't have time for that.
Meanwhile, Republicans can only fundraise for megadonors who are scared of losing their billions of dollars.
Everyone else is broke and they're terrified.
Terrified from economic uncertainty, war-related uncertainty.
Everyone in red is paralyzed.
And every Republican strategist in Washington should be terrified because
the midterms are right around the corner.
And we've seen the special elections.
They are showing a massive shift toward blue candidates.
Even in Mar-a-Lago, they flipped that district.
And we're seeing it.
MAGA endorsements, it doesn't mean anything anymore.
I mean, if this is what the Republican Party looks like in April, what will they look like in November when they're fighting each other on debate stages?
