Why things are so good in Atlanta.
Like, I'm not going to name, like, the specific scenarios and players, but Alex cares so much about the culture inside of the clubhouse.
When I was there in 23, you know, you'd be in the lunchroom or the food room before a game or before BP, and he would come up to you and be like, hey, I'm thinking about acquiring this guy.
He's not going to tell you who he's going to acquire him for, right?
I know you played with him somewhere where I know you had friends and he's already probably done his homework.
Definitely he's done his homework because we've gone down that road with him before.
Like, who'd you talk to?
You know, where'd you like, but he's like, Hey, I know you play with this guy in the minor leagues.
What do you got on him?
Right.
He wants to know that these guys are going to fit, that they're going to come in and that they're the right people.
So.
It's no surprise that, you know, Walt was the right guy.
It's no surprise that this team's kind of hit the ground running.
You know, I was there in 23.
That team won, I think, 105 games.
Yeah.
You know, and then lost the hot Philly team.
You know, a great series.
Just ran into a team that was, you know, hot at the time.
