the paint may be peeling backstage or you look up and you see something up there and you just think, that's not been touched since 1982.
And it sort of feeds into the history of what we're doing and what we're bringing back to the stage in its original form.
And it just feels very, very special.
It feels like the theatre is one of the cast in a way.
It's not our place of performance.
It's part of our show.
Yeah.
Well, I wasn't nervous to tell them because I've been doing this now for a very long time.
They've, they just accept that anything could come out of my mouth about my next job or whatever it may be.
And they just sort of, and I just let the, let it sit with them.
But they happened to be in Lisbon with, with me and my partner.
And, um,
I always like to pass something by them because they see the world very differently to me.
They live in a terraced house in a very small village in South Wales.
They will not move.
They're very, very content.
Their life on a map would be a dot that just does this.
It doesn't move.
And they love it.
