And I think just kind of, you know, your everyday life.
Like we all share little snippets of our everyday lives.
And although I do share a lot of highs and a lot of lows and just myself, we definitely, you know, you hold back and there are things that we keep private.
I personally do probably five or six a week.
Now, that can range from anything from 15 minutes to 45, 50 minutes.
And then I have coaches, other coaches that also do workouts on our app.
So we have like Pilates and strength.
And it's not just obviously in lockdown.
We started with the aerobics, but of course,
your workout regime needs to be almost like a balanced diet.
So your protein, carbs and fats.
And so we have our strength, our HIIT, our cardio and our core trainers on there.
And yeah, we produce content every week and I love it.
It is my absolute passion.
If I wasn't working out on my app, I would be working out by myself.
So why not, you know, join in with everybody else?
And it really, it keeps that routine in my life.
