I don't think it was anthracite coal. I think it was one of the other forms. I don't know my coal.

Why? Because it's... Because we use it to heat our homes and also make scotch for some reason?

Yeah.
Yeah.
Isn't it also plant material, though?

Yeah, so I don't know. I'm frustrated because this is not the only time this has happened. Do you remember the Roanoke video? Very old now. It's weird to think that's very old now, but yes. Do you remember how basically the situation was exactly the same? Where there was a colony... And it got lost, and nobody knew where anybody went.

And then eventually we found it, and then there were these weird indicators that they went further inland, but then we never found them. All we found were fake stones. Are we going to call this video the Roanoke of Canada? That wouldn't be a bad one, but I feel like YouTube is pigeonholing us into Canada right now. So I think North America in general.

Because their boats were designed for it. You know, these were... There is no way to go from the Baltic to the Black Sea following one river. You gotta take the boat out and drag it along the land. And they just did that for 400 years. It helps to have logs. But this is all kind of, you know, the confusing part of it is... What's been bugging me more than anything about it is Lanzo Meadows.

Because what should be the thing that clinches the Viking settlement in North America turns out to be a major problem. Because it's not where it's supposed to be. All of the sagas describe a river and a lake. All of them. They are not talking about a bay. And I mean, sure, like they do mention how at low tide, some of these areas are more difficult.
