This was a selling point they gave me. So then when I left, the management had just turned over to this group called Scully. And not only did they refuse to honor that, they kind of half honored it.

And they were like, well, you don't have to pay the early move out fee. And I was like, cool. I'm also not supposed to have to pay rent. For I'm not supposed to have to give you 60 days notice. I'm supposed to be able to leave whenever I find another apartment because that was the whole point of the deal. Was that I needed to be able to leave as soon as I found another apartment.

And how often do you find another apartment two months in advance? Like you find an apartment when you find an apartment. So they charged me twenty five hundred dollars in rent for a month. I didn't live there. And then when I moved out, they tried to charge me for water and sewer. They tried to charge me additional rent.
