yeah if olive oil doesn't say extra virgin it means it's probably got like some kind of other oil in it yeah seed oil can oil yeah so i want somebody on facebook today you know like or you know how sometimes facebook will show you a random group you're not part of because it thinks you'll like it i'm gonna say yes even though i don't right you don't use facebook that much anyway point is it showed me like a steak group and i'm like oh yeah i like steak cool

A well achieved medium rare. But he cooked it in grapeseed oil? Like deep fried it? No. Just instead of clarified butter or olive oil, he pan seared it in grapeseed oil.
