Yeah. Also, when are we going to stop pretending sous vide is an okay way to cook things? I get it. Sous vide makes delicious steaks. Very tender. It's a great way of achieving the perfect balance of texture and not kill you. Except for the fact that you are essentially like low boiling something in microplastics.
