And he's this incredible guy and he's got his family citrus farm near Valencia.
So we went to see it and we took our chef and everyone was just blown away.
He had at the time about 200 varieties of citrus and he was collecting them.
He's bringing special trees back from Japan and all his visits and planting them there and creating like basically the world's best citrus collection.
And it's now over 500 varieties.
So we started using it in the restaurant, and we distributed it to other restaurants who were friends, like Bratton Mountain and that group, and Sessions and a few other people.
But then it got too much.
We began to be distributors, not restauranteurs.
So we handed it over to Shrub, who was this distributor,
And it's now in about 300 restaurants in the UK.
And it's a huge deal for Tadoli and for Shrub.
And if you go to a restaurant now, a good restaurant, often it will say Tadoli Citrus on the menu.
And you can go there.
Anyone can go and visit.
They do tours on Saturdays.
It's the most amazing thing to visit.
It's like the Garden of Eden.
You know, citrus period is from November to April season.
