You know, I think we're all, oh, you know, you're stupid, you're this, you're that, whatever.
And yeah, I want to continue to be more positive with my internal thoughts.
Yeah, absolutely.
And I think, you know, it's harder now than ever.
My daughter's 17.
So she's not really known the world without social media.
And I feel very lucky, myself and the Spice Girls, we talk about this all the time.
Like, imagine, yeah.
If there was social media in the 90s when we did what we did, it would have been a very different experience.
So I really feel for young people, it's a lot, it's a lot to contend with.
And I think, yeah, that kind of self-awareness, being very positive, having that good, positive internal dialogue is very important and very powerful.
Yeah, nothing's ever enough.
I think you just have to, again, it's an age thing as well to get to a point where you go, you know what?
I am enough.
like that every day but that's the truth actually that is the truth and that's the truth for everybody so yeah you have to remember it
things that they've been ignoring but I'm really intrigued now after hearing that about speaking to yourself kinda how you took belonging and who you want to belong to yeah so I think as humans we all feel like we want to belong somewhere and to something don't we and I'm very independent I always have been but something that happened when I was with the Spice Girls is I realized that
that power of connection and being a performer, you know, it's one of the most beautiful things about what we do.
It's connecting with other people.
And I think what was so special and what is so special about the legacy of the Spice Girls is that there are so many communities
that felt they had somewhere to belong when the Spice Girls happened.
