So I always have loved teaching people.

So that's just my thing, which is how the whole social media and shop thing also started because I was sharing recipes online.

And...

So that's the route I always wanted to go down.

But now because I have kids, I thought I wanted to teach more in person classes, cake decorating classes and things.

But then that's nighttimes, weekends.

So I kind of started veering off that.

So that's why I was like, I'm going to do books, online website recipes.

And see what I find with this is I can create social media content where I'm helping people.

teaching people skills, so teaching them how to bake because everyone loves, a lot of people love baking.

And with that, I don't really promote or do any advertising for Mint, but it just gives me credibility with my recipes because I'm like, I own a cake shop.

I'm going to show you exactly how I make it.

But that doesn't stop people from coming in store, buying things.

Are they like, oh, I follow you on social media?

So that's how I get people through the door, even though that's not what I focus on.

People come overseas on their holidays and come.

They message me and ask me if I'm there.

They come and visit me.
