Let's focus on those people and the services and the quality of life that those people have.

Everybody that's online saying, well, the family are going to leave are in wherever they are, not New York City.

And I know that if you ask them, would you want to move to New York City?

The first thing they'll say is, no, I would never move to that place because of the quality of life so bad.
