He was a monster.

But I think you have to go with the overall sample size.

We're talking about Ivor Stenberg having one of the best

as a teenager in Sweden.

And I understand the premium position argument.

You want a centerman.

You want somebody that can be the spine of the team.

But Jamie, for me, it comes down to the better player.

And if this is a player that's being touted as a top two talent in the draft in Ivor Stenberg, some touting him as the best talent, NHL ready, he's ready to go, that's the player I'd want.

If he's there at number three,

this is a multi-year process for the Vancouver Canucks where you have to take the best player possible.

You have to make sure that you look at this in a, you need four or five players at this level to really challenge and look at Anaheim, look at San Jose and what they were able to do.

So I don't, you know, I, while I understand he's a center, while I understand you need centers in the NHL, this is not, you know, a decision that you look at in isolation.

You say, we need the best player, whether he's a defenseman, whether he's a winger or a center.
