I think when people are in it, they're very much connected to the tradition and the history of their school and wanting to, you know, perform and excel because.

they're proud of I think that's the main thing for me around the school's rugby is the pride and the history and tradition is so strong with each school so naturally people are ambitious and put a huge amount of effort into what they're doing sometimes in other sort of areas or different teams you have to actually try and create that almost superficially whereas the school's rugby is very lucky with that tradition and history

But I was chatting to Bernard about it before, and there's also different tiers in terms of, certainly in Newbridge anyway, there's the first team that are playing the Senior Cup, and it is high pressure, but hopefully we do our best to support them, and they support each other to make sure that they're still enjoying it, and we don't put any extra pressure than the external pressure on them.

But then there's like the second team, third team, there's a place kind of for everyone.

So I think if people don't want that type of pressure, they can play at a lower level and still enjoy the rugby, probably have a little less of the analysis and all those things and just go out and play with your mates.

So certainly the top level in senior cup is pressurized environment, but hopefully the guys who are in there, they want to be there.

They'll be mad to really right the wrongs of the Bordeaux game and come away with some silverware.
