What did that look like when he was learning to be a conductor?

I mean, were you able to laugh at that side to him?

I mean, was that part of what let you stay there?

After all this rehearsal, he went to Vienna for his first gig as a conductor.

Was he nervous?

And by the time it was performance night, how did it go?

One of the places the two of you spent time when he was taking a rest from conducting and other responsibilities was this little island in the Mediterranean.

Tell me about what Nureyev taught you on that island.

Did you accomplish anything?

I mean, what sort of success did you have as a ballet dancer being taught by Nureyev?

There must have been many moments in this relationship that you were pinching yourself blue, but being taught to do these ballet maneuvers on an island off Positano by Nureyev must have been one of them.

So what finally brought your time together to an end?

There was a party in Paris right near the end of your time working for Nureyev.

Tell me about your entree into that event.

When it came to say a final goodbye, what was that like?

I can't quite imagine how you could predict what a goodbye with a man such as Nureyev might have been like.

Where were you, Blue, when you learned that he had died?

What was going through your head and heart as you were standing there at his graveside?
