There's a garlic one. But basically, you take it out of the freezer where it's basically a completely long life, bang it in a pan with a little bit of oil. About one and a half minutes either side, turn it over.

What's this sourdough thing? It's fine, right? Sourdough has a place in my bread repertoire. But the extent to which it's come to dominate artisan bread, rather like IPA dominated artisan bread.
