So I'm brand new to it, but I'm very well versed in it.
And when you accepted me into yours, I was just like, yo, I appreciate that.
No, totally.
And I've had some of those in my life.
You know, so so when I asked you that question, it was one of, of course, being humble.
But I also was taking accountability for the times that I thought I was being mentored.
The times I thought I was being protected, the times that I thought that someone had my best interest or the interest of people in general.
And it wasn't like that.

See, mentorship is something that, you know what I'm saying?
I said, Mick and I, there's a whole bunch of stuff that he probably knows, but there's also things he does not know about me that we can collaborate and I'll take his lead and we'll do something fantastic.
You know what I mean?
And so, you know, I like the whole idea.
The mentorship meant something totally to me at 50 than it did at 25.
