We have to think outside the box in terms of providing new accommodation.

We can't wait for our traditional methods of delivery to deliver the kind of units that we need.

There are people out there, as Eoin and I both know, who need accommodation today.

So government has to move on this.

again again now look i point to the language here and we haven't seen the detail here and descriptions such as low grade and so on isn't appropriate at this point in time let's have that discussion and let's let's look at the detail of this but owners right i in terms of the tenants um this will be under a license the rental rooms can quite sorry it works quite well at president as a public representative i've said before i've never really had any issues in relation to that scheme coming to my attention

I take your point, David, it isn't the principal private residence of the homeowner.

And what's changing now is that it will be ancillary to the property.

It will be in the garden, but it will be a new structure that is under certification.

And I think it will work quite well.

And we just have to provide those options to increase our housing supply.

And again, look, this will be subject to further discussion.
