House District 2, State Representative Steve Todd decisively defeated incumbent Representative Dan Crenshaw, ousting the four-term congressman in a race centered on loyalty to President Trump and conservative credentials.

Todd led with around 56% to Crenshaw's 41%.

He was, as I quote somebody saying on X, he was blindsided.
