I like to see how teams leverage their cap space.

And if you don't want teams to stay at the bottom forever, then give them a way to collect more assets so they can get better, right?

If you take that away from a team like the Blackhawks or Sharks, the Sharks have used that honestly better than anyone.

You think of how they, you know, all these reclamation projects, they're getting first round picks for players like Granlin and CeCe.

So then you can wait that timeline and then make your move.

And now do you need, you know, something back in return to cover that if they're through there on July 1st and that is going to limit player movement, I think more than the other rule.

And the market value was a bit higher than it is right now because his numbers came down to earth a little bit, but could he push for 13 million at this point?
