It's made the season go the way in which it's gone.
But I don't see the point of going through the birth pains and not getting the baby.
frankly at the end of it let's go the whole hog now and let's say you know we're going to be and it might be that it's still fundamentally flawed it might be that next season set pieces biters in the bum again it might be that we end up looking and they're doing our head in but imagine if they just went you know what we're going to be we're going to be attacking and we're going to be relentless and we're going to just basically take the game to every opposition wherever we play and you know what we might not be perfect but we're gonna you're gonna really have to fight for your lives to live with us
we'd all be far happier in comparison to what we've seen this season, that falls between every stool and into effectively a well of shit.
You'd rather genuinely be able to say, you know what Liverpool do?
They absolutely go at everyone with pace, with power, with desire.
And that's what they're about.
And it's there.
It's there.
If they just make the straightforward, as I say, it's not easy, but you just continue the logic of the decisions they've made to get over the line of, that's what we're going to be and that's what we're going to be about.
Watch us go.
And then you click people like young players like Rio Ingemo and Trey Neone in as well.
And suddenly you're going, yeah, all right.
I'm really looking forward to watching this team, which will be a 180 degree shift from where we've been this season.
