It becomes a different question, which is, when is enough enough?

Yeah.

But I think we're changed by the treatment, too.

For two years and now a month, and I am counting, I've been alive without a recurrence, without the cancer growing, by taking these pills every day.

And I take them at home.

They're not infused in the hospital through my veins.

They're just pills.

And it's made the last few years remarkably normal-like, the new normal.

But when these drugs stop working, and I've been told they will stop working, I'm not sure I would want to go back to chemotherapy again.

But I suspect I don't know until I get there.
