So those are the colours, those low impact tones.

It's about essentially regulating your mood through dress.

But this really got me thinking about that as a broader concept.

Birdie was just talking about it through colour, but I actually think this is a bigger concept.

Because I know for me, like the silhouettes that I'm responding to now, it's about like ease.

And I'm really seeing this coming through in what, you know, in what's on the runway, in the looks that I'm responding to online and that I'm being served.

It's like things that you can shrug on yourself.

It's robes and things you wrap up.

It's like comfy.

It's satin.

It's textured pieces.

It's, you know, where all of a sudden we're seeing, you know, accessories that are like furry start to trend.
