I remember reading something about Uber and it was like, psychologically, when you can see, for customer service, when you can see the car coming and you can see it's four minutes, five minutes away,
even if it was 20 minutes and you could see the car, you are way less or way more satisfied as a customer than say a taxi company and having no visibility.
And that taxi company could, all their rides could come in one minute, but because you don't see that, like there's psychologically seeing a countdown or seeing, you know, having that control is like, there's a lot in terms of, yeah, like customer psychology.
But yeah, I honestly reckon anything, it'll be, I mean-
To be honest, Airbnb, I would be threatened if I was Airbnb.
I'd be quite scared.
And also with an app, if people get comfortable using it, the options are endless, you know?
I wonder how Uber would counter that.
If you can do everything in one app, right?
Like if you can do like, cool, I need to order an Uber, I need to stay there for four days and then I need to get back to the airport or whatever.
I would just do it all in Uber.
And for businesses, genius, you know?
Why is the laughing face in the ha ha?
The answer is obviously yes.
Look, I think the first thing here is there's a savings account and then there's a cash fund.
And a cash fund is actually, it's like a managed fund and
But it's a professional that is managing a fund of lots of cash products.
So they are in there getting the best term deposits, getting, you know, like it's not, you're not in one product, like a savings account.
