for the dragons at some point yes yeah um she comes from really like very provincial very in the mountains um you know they're farmers and uh elsie had to lie to her family and say that she was going to university in port moresby wow to leave and so it's like she has to walk like a whole day and then catch a bus and then blah blah blah blah just to get into port moresby and then she paid for her way to come to brisbane and that's how she started playing rugby league
She couldn't tell her family.
First of all, they would have forbidden her to go.
And second of all, they would have been very mindful of what that looks like for a woman playing the game for their family.
But now she goes back and she's, like, more popular than the Prime Minister.
