Like it or not, laws apply and understanding that world is important and necessary. This week we are talking with Rachel Kosmal McCart of Equine Legal Solutions. She's been a rider for most of her life in several disciplines. She is a lawyer and was practicing in corporate law in the big city. Now she specializes in equine law and her business is Equine Legal Solutions. She's going to give us a lot of good advice.
