Pat then found himself on an ambulance helicopter eventually becoming the senior contract aircrew officer responsible for the management of aircrew officers across four bases and six helicopters. Pat is now a human factors instructor at the ACE Training Centre in Bankstown Australia where he develops and delivers training based on his experience in both policing and aviation.
