Felicia Romero learned at an early age from her Mother on how to be a become a succesful, disciplined athlete. Not only was she a star athlete in school, she went on to compete in bodybuilding shows, gracing the Olympia stage 5 times! A staple on local and national TV promoting fitness, she realized that she had a wealth of knowledge that she wanted to share.
